Greetings and welcome to the Chicago Hotel Concierge Association. We are the only professional non-profit organization of hotel-employed concierges throughout Chicago, Milwaukee, and Cleveland. We are dedicated to providing world-class service to our clients while showcasing all that this wonderful city has to offer.


CHCA offers an incredible platform for our members to network, exchange ideas, build relationships, and most importantly; master our craft. We continue to promote the highest ethical standards of service and serve as ambassadors of our beloved city, our properties, and our affiliates. One of our goals is to continue to nurture and grow our community, as we promote collaboration and unity within the hospitality industry.
