Applicants must verify and be able to supply supporting evidence:

–  I have worked a minimum of six months as a concierge in the lobby of a hotel

–  I am accessible to all the guests in my hotel

–  I work a minimum average of 30 hours per week or more

–  I have the designated title of concierge and I am able to provide a business card showing this title

–  I will attend two or more of the six Association meetings per calendar year

–  I will complete and return signed application, Code of Ethics signature page, business card, and method 

    of payment 

–  I will complete the Concierge Mentorship Program (CMP) in good standing
